Unauthorized use or distribution ("leaking") of ZF LABO scripts, whether free of charge or paid resource, is strictly prohibited. Whoever owns the resource is responsible for the use of the resource and the token(s) associated with it.

**If you or your server are found actively engaging in the unauthorized use or distribution of our products, the following things will happen:**

* Token(s) associated with your account will be revoked.
* Your account will be banned from our Website. 
* Your Discord account will be banned from ZF LABO Discord and your account will be added to the global blacklist bot ("Warden").
* No refunds for revoked resources will be issued under any circumstances.
* Using leaked ZF LABO resources on your FiveM server(s) will also lead your server to be reported to FiveM.

We're putting a lot of hours into the content we're releasing because we want you to have the best quality possible with FiveM Resources. During the time we need to fight, investigate and send DMCA we're losing time that we could pass on creating, updating, improving other resources and giving support.
